Banana muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2-3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
